Terms Of Services

  1. MPTV is a paid for subscription services, only paying customers will be able to access the content
  2. MPTV subscription will continue month-to-month until terminated. To watch MPTV anywhere and anytime, you must have Internet access and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment
  3. Customers who successfully fill in the sign up forms will qualify for a 30-day free trial.
  4. Customers who access the 30-day free trial will only have their accounts automatically debited at the end of the free trial period
  5. MPTV subscription is a recurring payments services that automatically debts customers without prior notice at the end of each subscription circle
  6. Unless you cancel your membership before your monthly billing date, you authorize us to charge your next month’s membership fee to your Payment
  7. MPTV may change your subscriptions plans from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following communication to you.
  8. You can cancel your MPTV subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the MPTV content through the end of your monthly billing period
  9. MPTV subscription access is provided “as is” and without warranty or condition. In particular, our service may not be uninterrupted or error-free. You waive all special, indirect and consequential damages against us.
  10. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or acquired from on MPTV.

MPTV Refunds:
MPTV will not refund subscription purchases, provided such purchase has been verified to function correctly. VOD streaming requires a minimal high-speed internet connection, a simple test: if you can watch a video on youtube.com. our system will play correctly.

Notification of Infringement

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. In addition, we will promptly terminate without notice the accounts of those determined by us to be “repeat infringers”. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on our website infringes your copyrights, then you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing MPTV’s Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on the MPTV web site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit MPTV to locate the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit MPTV to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Acceptable Usage policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP“) sets out the terms under which you may access content that we offer on the website located at https://watchmp.tv (the “Website”) through a web browser or app, and generally use our services. This AUP applies to all users of MPTV.  “We” “us” or “our” is defined as Ding Consult Services. and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees. Where applicable, “you” or “your” is defined as an individual user of the MPTV Services, including institutional users, professors, instructors and student users. Your use of the MPTV Services means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all provisions of this AUP, which supplements our Terms of Service.

Examples of prohibited use of the MPTV Services described in this AUP are not exhaustive. We may modify this AUP at any time. By using the MPTV Services, you agree to the latest version of this AUP.  If you violate this AUP or authorize or help others to do so, we may suspend or terminate your use of the MPTV Services.

Prohibited Uses

MPTV Services (including the website and our mobile applications) shall only be used for lawful purposes. The following activities and content are strictly prohibited, with no exceptions:

  1. use of the MPTV Services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation and/or in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
  2. use of the MPTV Services for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors or vulnerable adults in any way;
  3. transmitting, hosting or storing any content or engaging in any activity that infringes or facilitates the infringement of intellectual property rights or privacy rights or any individual, group or entity, including but not limited to any rights protected by any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, right or privacy, right of publicity, moral rights or other intellectual property right now known or later recognized by statute, judicial decision or regulation;
  4. using the MPTV Services to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any other user or third party;
  5. using the MPTV Services to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, abusive, offensive, hateful, profane, violent, or otherwise violates or encourages someone to violate any law or right of any third party as determined in our sole discretion;
  6. using the MPTV Services to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
  7. using the MPTV Services to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
  8. reproducing, duplicating, copying or re-selling any part of the MPTV Services in contravention of the provisions of the MPTV Terms of Service;
  9. bypassing or attempting to bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to the MPTV Services or interfering or attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the MPTV Services; and
  10. accessing, without authority or interfering with, damaging, or disrupting:

(i)          any part of the Website;

(ii)         any equipment or network on which our Website is stored;

(iii)        any software used in the provision of our Website; or

(iv)        any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.



Suspension and Termination

Actual, suspected or alleged violations of this AUP may result in an investigation, demand for immediate removal of offending content, immediate temporary or permanent filtering, blocked access, suspension or termination of MPTV Services, or other action appropriate to the violation as we may determine, in our sole discretion.  We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this AUP and we reserve the right to take any other action we deem appropriate.


Nothing in this AUP is intended to grant any rights in the MPTV Services beyond the rights granted to you in the MPTV Terms of Service.
